Torulopsis utilis
Torulopsis utilis also known as Candida utilis, Torula utilis or Torula is a species of yeast.
It is pasteurized and spray-dried to produce a fine, light grayish-brown powder with a slightly yeasty odor and gentle, slightly meaty taste.
